ATL Rundown · Powered by Final Floors, LLC
Retail flooring: plan the floor and the trading day.
A shop floor supports displays, deliveries and customers. Final Floors can evaluate qualifying retail flooring repair or replacement, with the proposed material and installation sequence matched to the space rather than a blanket promise of zero downtime.
ATL Rundown is operated by Final Floors LLC. Project inquiries go to Final Floors, not a contractor comparison marketplace.

Map the areas that do different jobs
Separate entrances, sales areas, checkout, stockrooms and staff spaces. They can have different wear, cleaning and access needs even within one store.
- Identify wheeled displays, stock carts, fixed fixtures and concentrated loads.
- Describe entry moisture, grit and current cleaning routines.
- Mark worn or damaged zones and explain whether the goal is repair, a phased refresh or complete replacement.
Make preparation and fixture handling visible in the estimate
The existing surface and substrate may require removal, repair or preparation before the selected floor can be installed. Fixture moves can be a separate part of the work.
- Provide product specifications or landlord-approved material requirements.
- Clarify who disconnects, moves and reinstalls counters, displays or equipment.
- Include transitions to retained flooring, doorway clearance, trim and disposal.
- Ask how concealed conditions discovered after removal will be priced and approved.
Build a realistic reopening sequence
Discuss sections that may close, delivery timing and the access routes that must remain available. Adhesive or preparation-product requirements can affect return to use.
- Bring landlord work-hour, loading and building protection rules.
- Identify a single scope-change contact and the person responsible for the final walkthrough.
- Confirm when pedestrian traffic, fixtures and rolling loads can return; do not assume those times are identical.
What to send for a retail estimate
Send city, approximate area or plan, site photos, existing and proposed flooring, operating hours and target completion date. Note whether the store is occupied, vacant or preparing for a tenant turnover.
- List any fixed opening date and which areas can be closed.
- For water-damaged flooring, share completed mitigation status before discussing putback.
